This is a class for people with early onset / early stage Alzheimer's Disease; it is a class for non-runners who want to start an exercise routine, but need some support.
A recent study using MRI brain imaging techniques actually found growth in the area of the brain associated with memory loss for people with Alzheimer's Disease who followed a particular exercise regimen.
Join this group to begin your exercise program.

- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday mornings
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Cost: $195.00 for all walking meetings
- Meet at Sebastian Joe's in Linden Hills

- We will walk around Lake Harriet at a "comfortable but challenging" pace
- Warm up and cool-down is included in the two hour block
- Session ends at Sebastian Joe's
- Class size limited to 3 participants with one staff
- Additional groups can be added as needed

Rally Club Meetings
This weekly meeting is a chance for people with early onset Alzheimer's Disease to get together for socialization and education.

- Guest speaker will give a short presentation each week on topics of interest about Early Onset AD
